My Story
I was born in Yugoslavia.
My interest in psychology roots in my personal experience of living through wars, and facing some hard truths about my family dynamics, core beliefs, and traumas that led to dysfunctional patterns.
I have been involved in the world of trauma healing for over 30 years as part of my healing journey.
I lived in many countries including Germany, Jamaica, Indonesia, India, and America, and Greece has been my home for the past 21 years.
My business experience of 20 years as a manager and scout for fashion models, has given me a unique window into the lives of people who work in a high-stress industry. The need for healthy and effective teams at work has never been more important.
This has made me even more passionate about helping people and dedicated to creating a more courageous & compassionate world.
I consider foreign-language study as a very important implement for my profession. That’s why I speak English, Greek, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian, and German.
As the founder of Compassionate Holding Therapy, my goal is to provide you with the tools necessary to create lasting transformation and empower you to break free from trauma or living in the past cycles, and support and inspire you to tap into your inner resources and wisdom and create who you want to become.
I am grateful every day and my happy place is within nature.
I live with my partner and have one amazing teenage son, who is my greatest teacher.
