Compassionate Holding
Holistic Approach
Compassionate Holding welcomes you to continue on your healing journey or to start it now, with a certified therapist and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner with a whole person-centered psychosomatic approach (holistic). The word holistic is based on the Greek word “ὅλος” (“holos”) meaning whole. Holistic psychotherapy is whole-person therapy that combines a broad range of different body-mind-soul approaches to help you to reach the deepest level of healing possible, and connect you to your Essence, your True Self.
Safe Environment
I intend to create a safe environment, which gives you the space to be seen, heard, and held compassionately.
The journey
During this process, we build a strong therapeutic relationship, where your feelings, perceptions, old beliefs, and behavioral patterns can be explored to liberate your true self on your journey to living authentically
Motivation
My vision is to create a more compassionate world, turning pain into power, and witnessing personal awakening.
I am passionate about this work and filled with gratitude for anyone willing to explore this unique journey together.
Goals
The goal of my work is to provide you with tools to understand the complexity of your mind-body-soul interconnections. This will favor more meaningful, authentic relationships with yourself, others, and within society.
For everyone
Compassionate Holding is here for anyone who deals with or has experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, addiction, sexual abuse, being a refugee, and other life experiences or for anyone who wants to get deeper into personal growth and learning of life skills
Non-Directive Therapy
About NDI Psychotherapy:
Non-Directive Interventional (NDI) Psychotherapy is based on the unconditional acceptance of the person and the group, active listening, empathy and authenticity (Carl Rogers), and also on the possibility of intervening through the proposals.
The proposals are designed to facilitate the deepening and enrichment of personal experience towards the emergence and realization of human desires (Michel Lobrot), as well as the ability to intervene through suggestions.
What Is Compassionate Inquiry®?
Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world.
Using Compassionate Inquiry, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them.
